Description: AFT is assisting NRCS with the delivery of conservation easement programs to meet growing funding levels and program demand. The Senior Agricultural Land Protection Capacity Manager will supervise a team of farmland protection professionals to expand NRCS's capacity to advance easement acquisitions and increase program enrollments. The position requires a candidate who is highly organized with deep experience in agricultural land protection, and who is interested in contributing to a large-scale conservation effort.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
